I've been in IT long enough to see what actually breaks and why. I started AnchorPoint to do this right — locally, in person, without the overhead of a big shop that doesn't know your name.
Grounded.
Reliable. Local.
I kept seeing the same thing: good organizations with bad setups, paying too much for support that wasn't showing up. A church running their whole campus off a single consumer router. A nonprofit with every device on the same flat network. Simple problems that nobody was fixing.
The name AnchorPoint means something to me. It's about being a stable, consistent presence — not someone who shows up once and hands you a support number.
I'm based in Leavenworth. I serve the local community. You deal with me directly, every time — and I know your building by the time we're done.
How I
Actually Work
I Listen First
I want to understand your setup before I recommend anything. Most problems have a simple fix if you actually know what's wrong.
I Fix the Real Problem
No patching over it. Band-aids get replaced with something solid you won't have to redo next year.
Security's Baked In
I don't add it as an afterthought. Every build starts with it — retrofitting security is twice the work.
I Don't Disappear
After the job's done, I'm still your guy. That's the whole point of working with someone local.
Something broken?
Let's fix it.
Tell me what you've got and what's not working. No pitch. Just a straight conversation about your setup.
